Nothing. Sang praises to YAHWEH. Fixed a huge meal. Dried off all their possessions.

2. How did the sons of Israel feel when they saw the Egyptians chasing after them (14:10)?

Happy. Sad. Frightened. Angry.

3. What should you tell your sons (and daughters) regarding Passover and the Feast of Unleavened Bread (13:8)?

It is all about the messenger of death. It is because of what YAHWEH did for me when I came out of Egypt. Nothing in particular. YAHWEH's fury for disobedience.

4. What would YAHWEH do while the Israelites kept silent (14:14)?

Feed them candy. Nothing. Let them be killed. Fight for them.

5. What did YAHWEH promise if the Israelites would listen and obey His words (15:26)?

He would make them wealthy. He would put them in big houses with swimming pools. He would put none of the diseases on them that He did on the Egyptians. Nothing special.

6. What are you to eat for seven days during this spring feast time (13:6)?

Unleavened bread. Nothing, you should fast. Cookies. Cakes.

7. After the Israelites left Egypt, what happened to Pharaoh's heart (14:4)?

Nothing. YAHWEH hardened it. It stopped beating. It beat extra fast.

8. How did YAHWEH give the Israelites light to travel at night (13:21)?

Pillar (cloud) of fire at night. Street lights. Candles. Bonfires along the way.

9. What did YAHWEH do to the sea so the Israelites could cross the river (14:21-22)?

Gave them life jackets and canoes. Built a bridge and provided bicycles. Made a path of dry land with a wall of water on each side. Told them to swim....fast!

10. What were they [us as well] to tell our children when they ask WHY we do this (13:14)?

To read the bible and find out. To enjoy the delicious treats. To get a break from a normal day. With a powerful hand YAHWEH brought us out of Egypt, the house of slavery.
