DEUTERONOMY
"Deuteronomy" means "second law." It is the fifth book of the Bible and the end of what is referred to as "Torah." Although many say "Torah" means "law," a true definition is "teaching" or "instruction." It contains Yahweh's instructions to us, especially those reading this now.
In Deuteronomy, you will find Moses giving a synopsis, or review, of the Israelite nation thus far, including some of their trials and tribulations. This is followed by very direct, practical instructions for living. Every instruction given could fall under one of Yahweh's Ten Commandments so many are familiar with, written in stone.
We will be using the New King James Version of Scriptures for this book.
